The spring of 2024 brought the opportunity to direct Mamma Mia for Vergennes Union High School. It marked my first time taking the helm of a large-scale musical since moving to Vermont, and reminded me just how much I enjoyed working with large groups on such an undertaking- coordinating the various elements and providing students the opportunity to be part of a collaborative, creative effort. (It also allowed me to work with my daughter one last time in her high school career, as she served as one of the stage managers.)
